CHING CONTRACTING FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
11 APRIL 2015 NELSON
The Sunshine Football Club arrived in Nelson on Saturday 11th April bringing 14 players, coaches, and supporters, from Christchurch for a long awaited football tournament at Saxton field. Nelson had 16 excited players and a round robin competition produced great football. The players demonstrated great individual skills and teamwork. After an outstanding day, with everyone involved saying how well the day had gone, the Awards Ceremony was held. The achievements of all the players were recognised and the 2015 Ching's Contracting Tournament Trophy was awarded to the Christchurch Rockets. Celebrations continued throughout the evening with a BBQ meal and entertainment provided by the Nelson Youth Community Trust. A huge thanks to everyone involved.
